Graham and Southern View have already begun registration. School starts July 19, 2012.

Lincoln Magnet School has already registered. LMS students do not need to come to registration.

Iles School has already registered. Iles students do not need to come to registration.

All Washington Middle School students must register.

All Capital College Preparatory Academy students must register.

All Douglas School students must register.

For all other middle and high school students, only students new to the district or who have moved or transferred from one school to another need to register.

High School

When you register your child at the school your student will attend, bring with you the following information:

* child's birth certificate
* proof of residency (see details in form to the right)
* immunization records
* current physical examination
* free and reduced application

Students entering kindergarten, sixth, or ninth grade, and those new to Springfield Public Schools are asked to provide proof of having received physical exam and immunizations. Students entering kindergarten, second and sixth grades are required to have a dental exam and all Kindergarten students must have an eye exam.

High school students transferring from another district are asked to bring a copy of previous school's transcripts.
