Gifted Assessment Registration Form

If you would like your child to be assessed for gifted classes, please complete and submit the following form. If you have any questions, contact Kathy Hulcher at 217/525-3017 or hulcher@sps186.org.
A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for students not attending Springfield Public Schools.

All assessments take place at 1900 W. Monroe. Testing begins at 9:00am. Please choose one of the listed assessment dates:
