Southeast High School hosted its Parent Night on Tuesday, September 2, 2009. Over 50 parents and students were in attendance to hear veteran teacher, Betsy Dye, explain the program and entertain questions. Mrs. Dye had prepared an extensive packet of information for families and shared with them the successes of Southeast's AVID program.
This is Southeast's 5th year as an AVID school and can boast graduating the first group of seniors this past spring.
Upon completion of the evening, contracts were signed to begin a very ambitious year.
