The first distribution date for the 2017 - 2018 school year is scheduled for Thursday, September 7, 2017. The materials must be delivered to the Warehouse by 12 noon on September 6, 2017.
The Communications Department seeks to provide the most efficient distribution method for each school, family and community member. In an effort to accomplish this goal, our schools have the option to utilize the 'Online Backpack Program'.
Please note, some of our schools have opted out of paper distribution and will utilize the 'Online Backpack' distribution process. This informaton will be noted on the bundle counts column of the Distribution Form. Schools that opt for online distribution will not receive paper fliers and all fliers will be distributed to families via the computer. Please email your organization's flyer to firstname.lastname@example.org and the correspondence will be posted in the 'Online Backpack'.
