In order to improve student achievement District 186 Instructional Support Services provides customized professional development and support linking to your school's Instructional Focus.
To support student achievement in schools, Instructional Support Services will:

* Communicate Key Messages to all stakeholders
* Provide and integrate professional development to meet the needs of all learners
* Collaborate with departments, schools and each other to implement the Framework
* Know our stakeholders and the supports needed/available
* Learn continuously about research that will support our schools
