Dec 11, 2017 Please join us Wednesday, December 13, 2017, 6:00-7:30 p.m. to take a closer look at how social media and text messages are potentially negatively impacting the lives of our children.  Kendra Patton, LCSW will present on this topic at the Early Learning Center, 2501 S. First Street, Springfield, IL.  Refreshments will be served.  Childcare is provided for children ages 3 and up, however a limited number of spots are available and it requires pre-registration. November Special Needs Social Club

Nov 20, 2017 It's not too late to RSVP for the Special Needs Social Club at Erin's Pavilion.  We will enjoy a potluck dinner (please bring a dish) on Tuesday, November 28 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. This event is for anyone ages 5-21 with special needs. Students will enjoy a bounce house, bags, and board games.  Parents will hear from a guest speaker. TRAINING: Make and Take Visual Schedules

Nov 6, 2017 Please join us for this fun and educational event on Thursday, November 9, 2017, 6:00-7:30 p.m. at The Autism Clinic at Hope, 5220 S. Sixth Street Road, Suite 1700.  We will earn about the importance of visual supports, how to use them, and when to use them.  Visual supports will be available to take home that evening.  Childcare for children ages 3 and up is provided but requires pre-registration.
