Registration for 2017-2018

Don't forget: When you register your child, bring with you the following information: * child's birth certificate * proof of residency (3 items needed/ 1 from each category) * immunization records * current physical examination Students entering kindergarten and those new to Springfield Public Schools are asked to provide proof of having received physical exam and immunizations. Students entering kindergarten and second grades are required to have a dental exam. All students entering Illinois schools for the first time and all kindergarten students must provide proof of an eye exam completed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

Students may arrive at school beginning at 8:10. Supervision and breakfast begin at this time.
