Winter Book Fair!

The Book Fair will be held on Monday, February 4 through Friday, February 8, during school hours. There will be extended hours on Thursday to accomodate families ' evening conference times. All classes will have an opportunity to visit the book fair and make a wish list, complete with title, price, and tax information. Proceeds from the book fair fund new book purchases in the library, so I appreciate your generosity!

Guest Reader in our Library!

This week we were fortunate to have local children's author Danual Berkley as a guest reader in our library for classes on Wednesday and Thursday. He entertained and engaged our students by reading from his book Davy's Pirate Ship Adventure as well as some of his poetry. Mr. Berkley also answered the students' questions regarding the writing process as well as the source of inspiration for his stories. We hope to have Mr. Berkley back again!! Please check out his website to learn more about his story at danualberkley.com
