Yesterday Black Hawk's students and staff celebrate the 100th day of school!
3 days ago Black Hawk would like to thank Jason Washam, a Springfield Firefighter for coming to our January's Heroes Breakfast. He talked with students about the importance of eating healthy and exercising everyday.

Oct 30, 2015 Gotta Dance and Move More is the result of a collaborative effort between genHkids and HSHS St. John’s Children’s Hospital. The program is designed as a fun 25 minute assembly to be presented at schools.

Oct 20, 2015 All students at Black Hawk were allowed to sample a 2 oz smoothie at lunch. This is one of our healthy eating plays through Fuel up to Play 60. Smoothies are a heathy and nutritional treat right for anytime of the day.
