Oct 9, 2018 The ELC opened it's doors on Friday, October 5 to host the first Family Friday of the school year! ELC students invited a special grown up to come to school and join a typical day in the classroom.

May 29, 2018 Thank you to families that contributed to our ELC food drive held in conjunction with Big Truck Day. We appreciate all of the food items that were added to the Food Pantry truck! With everyone's collective efforts we collected a total of 644 lbs of food.
May 29, 2018 Our very own Ms. Mary Richards DJ'd the final Fun Friday in May event for the 17-18 school year. The students enjoyed the all school celebration with music and dancing in the gym in a new pair of tie-dyed socks.

May 21, 2018 Katie Hageman from Horace Mann recognized two peer nominated staff members with awards at a recent ELC staff meeting. Kim Shelley, EC classroom attendant, was awarded the Mugs and Kisses Award for her contributions to the positive atmosphere at the ELC.
May 18, 2018 Friday, May 18 was the ELC's annual Big Truck Day! Students had a wonderful day of hands on exploration as they toured the trucks and other vehicles in the school parking lots. The children had opportunties to talk with community helpers and learn about the services they provide.
May 11, 2018 The students at the ELC have taken center time OUTSIDE! Children were able to discover, learn, explore, play, and move on each of the three playgrounds for their school day.
