On Monday, August 6, 2012, Enos will host its annual registration day for the 2012-2013 school year from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Please bring the following items with you:

* child's birth certificate
* proof of residency
* immunization records
* current physical examination
* free and reduced application

Students entering Kindergarten and those new to Springfield Public Schools are asked to provide proof of having received physical exam and immunizations.

Students entering Kindergarten and Second grades are required to have a dental exam.

All Kindergarten students must have an eye exam.
