Bullying is a repeated act in which a student or a group of students do or say things that hurt another person. Bullying behavior takes many forms. Physical bullying includes hitting, kicking, stealing, making someone do something they do not want to do, or damaging someone's belongings. Verbal bullying occurs when bullies call students names, make nasty comments to them (especially in front of others), write nasty notes, or threaten to do physical or emotional injury whether or not the act is complete.
