Thursday: December 21: B day

December 20, 2017

WeatherMostly Cloudy and a high of 50 degrees

Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Breast on a bun or Mini Pizza Bagels

I can follow directions even when I don't want to or when it's hard.  Some things to think about:  What do say when an adult tells you to do something you don't like? How to follow rules even if you don't like them? and how long it should take you to follow a rule after being asked to do so.

PBIS Basket drawing for 2nd quarter has started  There are 4 baskets this quarter and they are displayed in the glass window behind the tardy table. Each basket has a box in front of it where the students can deposit purple positives/Buagher/Bucks/ hallway notes for that basket. You are encouraged to put more purple positives/Baugher/Bucks/ hallway notes in the box for the basket(s) they like best.  The  baskets will be displayed from from today to Thursday after all lunch shifts.  The winners will be announced at the end of the day today.  So the winners will be able to take the baskets home before you leave for break.

Generals Jackpot – Mrs. Thomas and Schroeder are both out so there you will have to wait to redeem your Generals Jackpot ticket until when we return from the Holiday Break.

No Art Club this week.

Reminders

There will be a Reading Café on Friday, January 5th during your literature classes.

Remember to be respectful of our neighbors walking to and from school.  It doesn't matter if they are a business or someone's personal property.  You should be respectful and stay in public space rather than private property.

Anything that is brought into the classroom that is a disruption to learning can and will be confiscated by the teacher - this includes slime, putty, fidget spinners etc.

Items bought in the cafeteria are not allowed to leave the cafeteria. So please buy only what you can eat in the cafeteria. Outside Drinks are not allowed in school during the school day.

Remember that once you enter the building, your cell phone and headphones/earbuds must be turned off and put away.
