Good morning Grant Middle School, today is Wednesday, January 9th - 2019. Today is a  “A “ day.


Attention 6th grade students - Camp Cilca contracts were passed out in your history classes.  If you are at all interested in participating in Camp Cilca please turn that contract back into your history teacher no later than January 31st.  Scholarship applications can be found in the file folder OUTSIDE Mrs. Kleinertz room - room 108.  Again you have to turn this form in by January 31st to even be considered for participation


 “Congratulations to the newest GMS 2019 scholastic bowl team members!  Names are posted outside of Mr. Hoffek’s office, room 220. Practice is this Friday in room 108."  


If there are any new students that would like to join IMSA for the next semester, they can get an application from Mrs. Monahan.  The applications are due no later then January 18th! 


Learning lab is open on Tuesday & Thursdays  after school , please be in cafeteria by 2:40 with a signed learning lab pass.


Scholastic bowl practice is Today after school; students must be present both days unless absence is ok’d by coaches. 


 Students blankets from home are not allowed at Grant. Do not bring them to school  .


Reminder students to take a coat/ jacket / sweatshirt to lunch — students you may stay in the cafeteria but his is not required — once you go outside you stay outside— if you go to the library no food or drink is allowed. 


 Students this is  “our “ school, please show respect to building and grounds by using trash cans and doing your part to keep Grant looking it’s best and remember to be respectful of others property to and from school. 


  Reminder students the expectation at Grant is to keep your hands and feet to yourselves at all times during the school day and on the way to and home form school— This means no “Play Fighting "

 Students for your safety please only cross at the designated crosswalk areas.

 Would you please now rise for the Pledge of Allegiance!
