Good morning Grant Middle School, today is Tuesday, February 5th- 2019. Today is a  “A “ day


Students  reminder that we have begun our spring fundraiser. Please try to sell at least one item from the Double Good popcorn order form. 


Order forms and money can be turned in immediately to Ms. Connolley in 121B or to your advisory teacher. Orders are due no later than Feb. 19th. 



“Beta club is selling carnations Feb 4th-Feb 14th during all lunch shifts for $1. Get one for your friend, your boyfriend/girlfriend, your favorite teacher, or for yourself. These will be delivered 6th hour on Valentine’s Day. 

 Valentine’s dance tickets go on sale Feb 4th- Feb 15th during all lunch shifts. The theme this year is Valentine’s Masquerade. Tickets are $5: this includes a free mask handed out at the door, pizza, chips, cookie, and a drink. The dance is Feb 15th 6-7:30.”


Attention 8th grade students: Spots for the 8th grade field trip are filling up fast! There are only  10 spots left for our trip to Chicago. Turn in your permission slip and $20 deposit to Ms. Marsha ASAP! Questions, see Miss Gibbs in room 200.


Students blankets from home are not allowed at Grant. Do not bring them to school.


Reminder students to take a coat/ jacket / sweatshirt to lunch — students you may stay in the cafeteria but his is not required — once you go outside you stay outside— if you go to the library no food or drink is allowed. 


Students this is  “our “ school, please show respect to building and grounds by using trash cans and doing your part to keep Grant looking it’s best and remember to be respectful of others property to and from school. 


 Reminder students the expectation at Grant is to keep your hands and feet to yourselves at all times during the school day and on the way to and home form school— This means no “Play Fighting "

 Students for your safety please only cross at the designated crosswalk areas.

 Would you please now rise for the Pledge of Allegiance!

For today’s welcoming ritual, find someone around you and discuss what is your favorite season and why?

Teachers: Please pass out purple positives this week for students who have a positive attitude in class.

Teachers please remember to handout CICO sheets
