Butterfly Garden Paver Order Form


Your family or business has the opportunity to be a part of Hazel Dell Elementary School’s historic Butterfly Garden Paver Project by purchasing a 4” x 8” personalized paver for $30 or an 8” x 8” personalized paver for $75.

Envision Math Login for Families

You can log into the Envision Website by clicking on this link. If you do not know your Envision Login information, please open your child's cumulative folder on the Intranet, then click on the BLACK BOX WITH THE WHITE X INSIDE to the right of your child's photo. You will see their Username. When logging into Envision put the numbers 186 in front of their user name. For example, my Mr. Scott's Username is jdscott, when logging into Envision, he would enter 186jdscott as his user name. The envision password is labeled Envision PW. Enter exactly as you see it on the screen. Enjoy working with your child this year to improve their math skills!

Help Hazel Dell by Purchasing Items Online

You can now purchase Items from stores/retailers online and benefit Hazel Dell through SchoolStore.com. Simply click on this box, then enter "HAZEL DELL SCHOOL" for the school name. Next click on "Find My School," After which you will click on the link for "Hazel Dell School in Springfield, IL."

There are MANY stores and retailers to choose from, and all of them donate a percentage of your purchase to Hazel Dell. Thanks for your support.
