Registration day officially kicks off the 2012-2013 academic year on Monday, August 6 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All families with elementary students must register their students on Monday, even if they are returning to the school. Parents, are required to bring proof of residency within the Hazel Dell attendance area.
1. You must have a current lease or mortgage.
2. You must also have a valid driver's license, state ID, voter registration card, or auto registration card with your current address, and
3. Finally you must bring in 2 current utility bills for the address that you are using to register your student.
Kindergarten students must have a current physical, up-to-date immunizations, vision exam, and a dental exam.
2nd Grade students must also have a dental exam.
All new students must have current physicals and up-to-date immunizations.
