—John F. Kennedy
Iles School offers a curriculum for students identified with a gifted potential in the first through seventh grades. The Eighth Annual Iles Writer's Conference was a day long "professional" conference on Friday, April 29, 2011. It was a unique and creative learning opportunity for our students because it attracted writers and illustrators from the Springfield area as well as from all over the world. There were two keynote addresses and 1/2 hour breakout sessions to focus on improving our writing at Iles school.
