MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Today, May 1st, is the first day that students are allowed to wear shorts and/or capri pants. Please follow dress code uniform guidelines!

Please remember to use appropriate language while you are at school!

DRESS CODE
Teachers ~ please do a check for dress code at the beginning of each hour. Anyone coming to school in violation of the dress code will either call parents to bring a change of clothes or will spend the day in in-house. No rides home will be given!

CAFETERIA
Main Entree: Spicey Chicken; Cheesy Potatoes; Green Beans

A la Carte will be open for 6th & 7th grade lunch shifts only.

8th grade will not have drinks, chips, snacks, etc during their lunch shift today due to the huge mess left in the cafeteria and trash left on the playground yesterday.

BAND/MUSIC
6th grade band will meet today during 3rd hour. Bring your instrument!

J-Jazz will meet Wednesday after school. Remember to bring all items needed to do a dress rehearsal.

AVID APPLICATIONS
Today is the last day to turn in the AVID application. The interviews will be held today.

CAPITAL CITY ANNUAL TALENT SHOW
Southeast High School Lady Spartans Present:
Capital City's 1st Annual Talent Show

2nd round of tryouts will take place May 2, 2007 at SE High School from 6-8 PM. The cost is $10 per group. The actual talent show will take place on May 18, 2007. Awards will be given to each category and division winners. The shows overall winner will receive $150 and will get to appear on the Bad boy Show with DJ Captain on 99.7 KISS FM.
