Please remember that riding the late activity bus after school is a privilege. If you receive 3 bus suspensions, you will not be allowed to ride the activity bus for the rest of the school year.
• Cafeteria News
Students — please remember to sit on the appropriate side of the cafeteria during your lunch period! Mrs. Gordy and Mrs. Lawrence will be writing detentions for those that choose to sit on the wrong side of the cafeteria.

NO A la Carte, ketchup or drinks for 8th grade today due to poor behavior in the cafeteria.
Reminder: No flavored water, sport drink, or juice drinks will be allowed into the building after lunch!

6th Grade Band: 1st hour - clarinets; 3rd hour - saxes
J-Jazz will practice Monday after school.
Cheerleading practice will start Monday from 4:30 - 6 PM.
• Dress Code
Students — you may not wear shorts or capris now as a part of your uniform.
T-shirts worn beneath your polo shirt must be either white or the same color as your polo shirt. No exceptions! No long sleeved shirts are to be worn under your short sleeved polo shirt.
No pins are to be worn over logos on your polo shirt. Your polo shirt should not have any logos or emblems.
Also, sweat pants & cargo pants are not allowed as part of Jefferson's dress code! Cargo pants are defined as any pants that have zippers or pockets down the legs.
No more free uniforms will be issued from the main office! Sweatshirts are now on sale for $10 each.
Teachers — if there is a student in violation of the dress code, please fill out a minor referral and call for an escort to room 110.
• PRIDE Winners
The following students have had their PRIDE cards drawn for free admission to the dance tonight:
If your name is on the NO DANCE list, you will not be admitted to the dance.
• Halloween Dance
The Halloween dance will be held tonight from 6-8 PM. Admission will be $3. This dance is for Jefferson students only! If you are wearing a mask, you will be asked to remove the mask at the door. We need to know who you are! You may then put the mask back on for the dance.
