• OUTSIDE DAY FOR LUNCH BREAK UNLESS THE TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 30˚ ~ BLACKTOP ONLY •

Remember ~ your day is what you make it. Let's make it a good one!

WELLNESS WAKEUP CALL
A bowl of popcorn can be a great whole grain snack. Make air popped popcorn or choose low-fat microwave or already popped popcorn that doesn't have something unhealthy called transfats. Try sprinkling your popcorn with a little chili powder or some Italian seasoning.

Snack on low-fat whole grain crackers and pretzels. Make sure to look for ones without added salt. Don't forget to have a piece of fruit or vegetable, too!

Create your own trail mix featuring bite-size unsweetened whole grain cereals, walnuts or almonds, and raisins.
