All new and returning students to Laketown Elementary School must register on Monday, August 6 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. in Room 101.

Please bring the required 3 proofs of residency with you. All Kindergarten and new students to Springfield School District 186 will need to bring a copy of their birth certificate as well as a copy of their physical, dental and eye exams. Second grade students will need to bring a copy of their required dental exam. All medical forms may be downloaded from the District's website.

We will have a limited supply of Laketown tee shirts (hoodies, short sleeve tees and long sleeve tees) for sale at registration. We will also be selling a few 2011-2012 Laketown full-color yearbooks for $13.00 on a first come/first served basis so if you missed your opportunity to purchase one last year, there's still time to pick one up on Monday. You may also order the 2012-2013 full-color yearbook for $13.00 at registration. Forms will be available for you to fill out. Money is due at the time of ordering. Checks may be payable to Laketown Elementary School. Or, take an order form home and return it to school when it's convenient for you.

The 21st Century after school program representative will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Please pick up an application for your student to participate in the 21st Century program this school year. Parents will be asked to complete a brief survey regarding your choice of hours and days for this program.
