Calling all artist!!! Are you an artist but not in an art class? Do you want to show your artwork in our halls? Lanphier paw print Gallery is open to all students to show their work and skill. Requirements: Art work must be school appropriate, no gore or too political.
Students who want to show their work must pick a date on the list outside room 119 to sign up. Students must give full name and number of pieces for display. Approval must be given by either Mr. Caton, Mr. Wilson or Ms. Jurgens. If you do not make it to the date and time you sign up, you may sign up again for a later date. Flyers with the details are around the school.
Students should not report to academic without a pass. You should fill out a yellow form and be called down. If you are sent out of class for any reason, you should report to the North Office, Not Academic.
Always wanted to hit on things?!? Now is your opportunity to do just that - with a great group of students! The LHS Drum Line will be starting our winter group and all are invited - No experience necessary. This is a fun extra-curricular activity that anyone can participate in that has the dedication to work hard. Auditions will be held in the band room today at 3:30 pm. See Ms. Hose in the Bandroom or Mr. Wilson in Room 245 for questions.

NHS members need to sign up to work at the next blood drive. See Mrs. Hedges to sign up to work if you did not work the 1st drive. The blood drive is Monday, November 27th. Please sign up to donate with Mr. Covey in room 124. You must be at least 16 and weigh at least 110 pounds to donate.

Star Wars Club will be meeting again on Monday November 27th at 3:30pm in Room 204. This is an important meeting to discuss club pictures and the group movie date. Please be there and may the force be with you.
Attention Seniors - We are now taking baby pictures for the year book. The picture must be in an envelope with your name and 4th hour class. The picture must also have your name on the back of it. In order to appear in the year book, your photo MUST have a senior quote included in the envelope. The quote must be school appropriate and give credit to who said the quote. If these things are not done, your baby picture will not appear in the year book. If you have already turned in a baby picture, please put your Senior Quote in Ms. Vargas’ mailbox. Put your name on the paper that you put the quote on so that we can match it up with your baby picture. These are due no later than December 12th!!

Attention all students: Springfield's public library, the Lincoln Library now extends the use of ALL their electronic resources to ALL District 186 students. You'd expect resources for homework and research, but did you know you can also find movies, tv shows, tutoring help and online magazines there as well? To access these resources, go to www.lincolnlibrary.info. Keep in mind that many of the resources have apps that are free downloads for mobile devices. To use these resources, you can either use your regular library card number if you have one or if you don't, you can add your student ID number to the end of the number 3260000.
