STUDENTS & STAFF: All vending machines for drinks and snacks are now on a computerized timer. Reminder change for students is only available during the same times. Students should not be out of class to get change or go to vending machines.
CHEER TRYOUTS are Friday, 5/3 arrive at 3:45 pm;
POM TRYOUTS are Saturday, 5/4 arrive at 9 am
Spanish Club has a sign up sheet posted outside room 43 for people coming to the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta on Monday, May 6th.
Attention ALL Seniors: The next Senior meeting will be on Thursday, May 9th. This will be the day cap and gowns are being distributed. You will NOT receive your cap and gown if school fees and Jostens fees are not paid in full, including athletic fees.
Attention National Honor Society Seniors: If you would like family or friends to attend the Golden Laurel Awards on May 13th, you must purchase tickets for them in advance. See Mrs. Stubblefield in room 129 for the tickets which are $16 each. The deadline to purchase tickets is TODAY. Reminder—all of your service hours must be documented in order for you to attend this special event.
Prom is Saturday May 11th at Erin’s Pavillion from 7 pm – 10 pm. Prom is a formal event for juniors and seniors. Tickets will go on sale here at Lanphier during the week of May 6th. Tickets are: $25 a person and $40 a couple at school; $30 a person and $50 a couple at Erin’s Pavilion. Cash only!
Females must have appropriate coverage without excessive skin showing. Any dress with cut outs, or areas that expose the middle of the body, must have a wrap or sweater to cover. NO JEANS OR DENIM.
Any guest must be under 21 years old and must have a signed guest form. Guest forms are in the Academic Center with Mrs. Brooks. They must be turned into Mrs. Brooks no later than 3:32 pm on Wednesday, May 8th. NO LATE FORMS will be accepted. All approved guests must present the prom ticket or a picture ID upon entry. If you plan on being picked up, please make sure your ride is there promptly at the conclusion of prom. Please see Mr. Metzke or and administrator with any questions.
ATTENTION STUDENTS: ALL library books are due Friday, May 10th and book checkouts stop for the school year on Friday, May 10th. Students that do not return their books by this date will be charged a replacement fine for the costs of the book. Please see Mrs. Corcoran if you have questions.
Order your yearbook before we sell out. They are $65 and can be purchased in the Main Office.
