Our school houses grades K-5, educating approximately 500 students. We have speech and language services, and services for students with learning disabilities. We also serve a large population of English Language Learners (ELL) and have two ELL teachers. Lindsay offers Art, Music, Physical Education, and SSL courses in addition to the core curriculum. In addition, Lindsay is a PBIS school and a 2010 Blue Ribbon School.
Please visit our classroom web pages for more specific classroom information. Parents may access educational resources and locate instructional and common core information on the Springfield Public Schools website.
We encourage volunteerism and have an active PTO. You can find a volunteer form to fill out under the PTO section of our website located on the right hand side. The PTO makes it possible for our school to purchase items for classrooms, the playground and the school as a whole. The PTO also sponsors many family activities and student learning opportunities.
