We Wish You Peace!

May 21, 2013 Students started off Peace Week by wearing and showing peace.

Reading Week at Lindsay

May 20, 2013 May 13-17 Lindsay staff and students celebrated Reading Week. Students were given passports and read around the world receiving stamps in their passport for completing the reading assignments. The week culminated in an outdoor read on our playground.

Vachel Lindsay Poetry Contest

May 20, 2013 Students at Vachel Lindsay Elementary School took part in a contest by illustrating Vachel Lindsay poems. Each grade level was asked to bring the poem to life by illustrating the meaning and the words used by the poet Vachel Lindsay. Attached are the winners.
