Registration for the 2012-2013 school year at McClernand will take place on Monday, August 6 from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

When you register your child at the school, bring with you the following information:

* child's birth certificate
* proof of residency (see details in form to the right)
* immunization records
* current physical examination
* free and reduced application

Students entering kindergarten and those new to Springfield Public Schools are asked to provide proof of having received physical exam and immunizations. Students entering kindergarten and second grades are required to have a dental exam and all Kindergarten students must have an eye exam.
