Registration for elementary school will be held on Monday, August 6th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

When you register your child bring with you the following information:

* child's birth certificate
* proof of residency (see details in form to the right)
* immunization records
* current physical examination
* free and reduced application

Students entering kindergarten, sixth, or ninth grade, and those new to Springfield Public Schools are asked to provide proof of having received physical exam and immunizations. Students entering kindergarten, second and sixth grades are required to have a dental exam and all Kindergarten students must have an eye exam.
