The Downtown Rotary has been a faithful business to school partner with Ridgely School for decades. They have provided the school with over $50,000 in grant money over the years to fund various literacy initiatives as well as other goals targeted to improve Ridgely School for the students. They provide over 20 tutor volunteers to work with the students on a weekly basis and have won the hearts of the students and the staff through their contributions. On August 27, Mr. Gilmore and the literacy coach, Ms. Dukett presented at the Rotary meeting regarding how the Rotary members have made such a positive impact on our school.
