2013 - 2014 School Supply List

KINDERGARTEN SUPPLY LIST
Items that need to be labeled with child's name:

1 pair of metal "Fiskars for Kids" scissors
3 boxes of 8 Crayola skinny crayons (not washable)
1 box of washable Crayola Classic Color Markers (thick)
1 box of 12 colored Crayola pencils (sharpened)
Bookbag that child will carry back and forth to school each day. This bag should be easy for your child to get in and out of and and large enough to hold a 2-pocket folder, lunch box, jacket, and library book. Zipper-style backpacks work best!

Items that DO NOT need to be labeled:
Large box of kleenex ("pop up" style)
9 basic folders with 2 pockets and 3 prongs (any colors, but no designs)
8 - 12 small glue sticks
5 - 8 pencils (#2 lead) (sharpened) (Ticonderoga or Dixon is preferred.)
1 ream of 8 1/2 x 11 white dual-purpose copy paper
1 package of dry erase markers
1 4-pack of tennis balls (available at WalMart)


1ST and 2ND GRADE SUPPLY LIST
Items that need to be labeled with child's name:

2 Boxes of 24 crayons 

scissors (Fiskars - pointed child's scissors)


set of 8 felt-tip markers (wide-tipped)


2 large, pink erasers
2 composition books (2nd grade only)



Bookbag that child will carry back and forth to school each day.
 This bag should be easy for your child to get in and out of! Zipper-style backpacks work best!

Items that DO NOT need to be labeled:

48 sharpened #2 lead pencils (no pencil sharpeners please)


4 sturdy folders with 2 pockets and 3 prongs (any colors, but no designs)
yellow highlighter

1 ream of 8 1/2 x 11 white dual-purpose copy paper



2 packages of dry erase markers (1 pack thin and 1 pack thick)
4 glue sticks

1 small bottle of Elmer's school glue
1 container of Clorox wipes
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
1 box of gallon size Ziploc bags (girls only)
1box of quart size Ziploc bags (boys only)
large box of kleenex


For ART class: 1 box of Crayola markers and 1 bottle of Elmer's glue
1 4-pack of tennis balls (available at WalMart)

Space in a student's desk is limited. Please do not send pencil boxes, pencil sharpeners, or boxes of crayons larger than 24.


3RD GRADE SUPPLY LIST

Sandburg assignment book (purchased at school)
1 ream of 8 1/2 x 11 white dual-purpose copy paper
2 dozen #2 pencils (sharpened)
Colored pencils (sharpened)
2 spiral wide-ruled notebooks
Scissors (Fiskars)
2 large boxes of kleenex
3 large glue sticks
Box of 24 crayons
Backpack or school bag

Zippered pencil pouch
1 package of wide ruled notebook paper
1 box of gallon size ziploc bags

2 single-subject, spiral wide-ruled notebooks with perforated margin
2 spiral steno pads
2 boxes of crayons
2 packs of colored pencils

1 white 3-ring binders with a clear front (FOURTH GRADE AND NEW STUDENTS ONLY)
$1.00 for earbuds purchased from the teacher (FOURTH GRADE AND NEW STUDENTS ONLY)
1 ream of 8.5 x 11 white dual-purpose copy paper
10 packs of 10-12 pencils (#2 lead)
5 glue sticks
1 box of gallon size ziploc bags (FOURTH GRADE ONLY)
3 dry erase markers
1 box of sandwich size ziploc bags (FIFTH GRADE ONLY)
1 packs of loose-leaf wide-ruled notebook paper

2 packages of 3 x 5 inch index cards (lined)
