Voting for Prom court will be today in the commons at lunch. If you are a junior or senior, please stop by the table to vote. Tickets are also on sale in the commons at lunch. $20 for one and $35 for a couple. Thank you!

Congratulations to the Lady Spartans Track team for their Outstanding performances at Conference yesterday. They have two wins down and just two to go. The team would also like to thank the fans that came out to support last night. It was a great crowd and much appreciated.

The yearbook is coming .... the yearbook is coming! The 2012 Spartan Yearbook will arrive May 10th. Have you bought your copy yet? The price is $55 and you can order in room 206. Don't delay ... buy today!

AthletiCare will be giving FREE physicals to current Southeast HS students at 6pm on Monday, May 21st.

SENIORS— ALL library materials &/or fines MUST be taken care of by this today. If you don not clear you library record by today, you will NOT receive your cap and gown for graduation. See Mrs. Pennington if you have any questions!


Are you a leader in the school? Have you ever wanted to work with students at the other high schools? If you have answered yes to these questions then maybe you would be the ideal candidate for the District #186 Student Board Member. For more information and an application for the student board member position please stop by the main office.

Anyone girl interested in playing tennis next year, please stop by Ms. Tintori’s room 117 for a brief meeting on Tuesday at 3:30.

ATTENTION Class of 2013 - The first ACT for next year is offered on Sat. Sept. 8. The registration deadline is Aug. 17. You may go online to register. This is an excellent opportunity to improve your score before college application begins. See Ms. Stratton if you have questions.
Prom is just around the corner. This year’s Hollywood themed prom is on May 12th at Erin’s Pavilion. Tickets are available today in the commons at lunch: They are $20 for 1 ticket and $35 for couples. Voting for court is today at lunch.

Seniors - make sure you bring evidence of your plan for next year to the College Room so that you will be eligible to participate in Decision Day 2012 on Thursday, May 10th! Receive prizes, enter a raffle for even more prizes, and have your accomplishments recognized and celebrated. Show Ms. Dickson or Mr. Van Diver a college acceptance letter, your military enlistment, or evidence of a job offer, and you will be able to participate in Decision Day 2012 on Thursday, May 10th!

The second blood drive of the year is on Friday, May 11. If you are interested in donating blood, sign up in the main office or with a member of student council. If you are sixteen, you need a signed permission slip which can be found in the main office. Seventeen and older can donate without permission. Save a life and donate blood! Any questions see Ms. Barcik.

Attention all poms!!!! Your uniforms are past due. Uniforms must be turned in to participate next year. Seniors you will not graduate if you do not turn in your uniforms. Again. Mrs. Goodrich needs your uniforms THIS WEEK!!!!

All seniors will have the opportunity to have their picture taken in their caps and gowns (either individually or with other people) on Thursday, May 17th starting at 5 PM in the Taylor Street lobby. Order forms are on-line on the Southeast webpage and in the Taylor Street lobby by room 171.

Junior National Honor Society members - your last meeting for this school year is going to be on Monday - May 7th, at 3:30 in room 141. Please bring all volunteer hour sheets. Plus, announcement of officers will be during this meeting.

Senior National Honor Society Members - Your last meeting of your high school career is going to be on Tuesday - May 8th at 3:30 in room 141. We will be discussing Golden Laurels. Please remember to bring any volunteer hour sheets.

If you are interested in running for student council, forms are now available in the main office. They are due to Ms. Barcik by Thursday May 10.

If you are interested in playing volleyball next year, there will be an informational meeting on Thursday, May 10th after school in Ms. Van Leer's Room (Room 219).

Sensations" Show Choir auditions for the 2012-2013 school year will take place on Friday, May 18 directly after school. Information packets and audition forms are available in the main office or in the choir room. Please grab a packet in advance, because parents must sign a permission slip to allow participation in show choir. If you have any questions, please visit Mrs. Williams' classroom website and send an email.
