Attention all freshmen interested in applying for the physicians pipeline program. Applications for this program can be picked up in the guidance office. Please see Mrs. Metz or Mrs. O'Neill for an application. This is a reminder that all applications are due by noon this Friday September 14, 2012, to Mrs. Metz. If you have questions about this application please stop by the guidance office.

Please see Mrs. Laub in Room 206 to sign up for your senior picture! This is for all seniors who have not scheduled an appointment through Grussenmeyers/Class Acts. They will be here on September 27th. There is a $15 sitting fee.

Homecoming is just around the corner. If you are bringing a date from another school, you MUST complete a date request form. The forms are now available in the main office. They are due September 19 to the main office...no exceptions!!!

If you are interested in running for Homecoming Court forms are now available in the main office. Forms are due to the main office today...no exceptions. You must be on level to be eligible to run.

If anyone is interested in becoming a Big Brother/ Big Sister please come pick up an application in room 141 from Mrs. Davis. All applications need to completed and turned in by Friday, September 14.
College representatives visiting this week are Wabash College today, Quincy University on Thursday, and University of Illinois at Springfield on Friday. In order to meet with a representative, you must sign up for a pass in the College Room.

There will be a short meeting for Key Club Wednesday after school, beginning at 3:25 in room 210. We will elect officers and set meeting dates. Please plan to attend if you are interested.

Today is the last day to pre-order your Krispy Kreme doughnuts from members of the "Sensations" show choir, concert choir, or participating French students. These groups are raising money to attend a performance of "Les Miserables" at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis. Doughnuts will arrive on Friday and can be picked up in the Taylor Street lobby or from the student who took your order.

Do you love to perform your favorite songs, but can't hold a tune in a bucket. Today is your lucky day! The "Sensations" choir will be holding a Staff and Student Lip Sync contest next month. Get together with your friends and start putting together your best dance routines and air guitar to compliment a performance of your favorite song. Auditions will take place in the choir room (room 161) on Thursday, September 20th, after school. Your routine doesn't have to be complete at that time, but you should present judges with the concept, music, and a short preview of what you plan to present. Represent your click and support your school. We hope both teachers and students will turn out for this fun-filled event.

Attention students:
Illinois state law requires a physical exam with up-to-date immunizations for 9th grade and any new student to the district that has not had a physical within the last year. If yours has been completed, please turn it into the nurse or guidance office ASAP! Exclusion letters will be mailed home soon to students who are not in compliance and you will not be able to come to school as of October 15. Students who have scheduled appointments after October 15th will still be excluded from attending school. All required information is due to the school before a student can return from exclusion.

Attention Southeast staff & students: Please support your boys soccer team tonight at Buffalo Wild Wings on Dirksen from 5-9 pm... Pick up a fundraiser coupon in the main office or stop by Mrs. Buscher's room. Eat out and help the soccer team raise money for their trips and equipment.
