GOOD MORNING STUDENTS, ARE YOU DRESSED FOR SCHOOL SUCCESS?

Study table in room 122. All students are welcome! Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7:15am - 8:15am and Thursday 3:30 - 4:30pm. Please see Ms. Dye (room 122) for a pass the day before.

Seniors, there are eleven scholarships available with May due dates. Come to the college room to see if you are eligible to apply. They are also posted in the senior English classrooms, Mrs. Haptonstahl and Mrs. Holton's classrooms.

Attention Spring Athletes: If you haven't paid your athletic fee, they are due NOW.

Attention ALL Seniors!! The Windows staff is working on the senior edition of the newspaper. ALL seniors need to get a "will and testament form" from the main office, the library, or Mrs. Stratton. Please fill them out along with your high school memories and future plans. All forms are due to Ms. Paige or Krista Walbert no later then May 10th.

Poms - you must turn in your uniforms to Mrs. Goodrich.

If you are planning to bring a date from another school to Prom you need to pick up a date request form from the main office. These forms are due back by May 4th.

Applications for summer school are now in the guidance office. Summer school will be held at Springfield High School beginning June 18. Please see either a secretary or a dean in the guidance office for an application.

The permission slips for the blood drive are now in the main office. If you are 16 and plan to give blood, they must be filled out and returned to the main office no later than Friday, May 4th to Ms. Streeb or Ms. Stemler.

Attention Soccer Players: Pizza cards are due! Either hand in the money or the card or you will be billed!!

Hey Juniors and Seniors! Do you want to hear lame music at prom? If not, please tell us your favorite songs. Talk to Amanda Kozar, Tia Larson, Brian Galecki, Demeterius Inostroza or Mrs. Goodrich and we'll give a list of your requests to the DJ. Turn in your song requests to us by TODAY.

National Honor Society Juniors - this is a reminder that your next four service hours will be due at the next meeting. The meeting will be on May 8th at 3:15 in the library. Please remember to choose your community service from the list in the library and make sure your hours sheet is completely filled out. See Mrs. Voss, Mrs. Haptonstahl, Mrs. Davis or Mrs. Watkins if you have any questions.

Attention Southeast students and staff: The Spartan Power Team will be hosting the 2nd annual Spartan Power meet on Saturday. Lifting starts at 10:00, and admission is free. So come out Saturday and support the Power Team as they compete to defend their 1st place finish last year.

2007 Graduates: If you have not paid for your Josten's orders, they must be paid for by Tuesday, May 8th. If you orders are not paid in full, you will not receive your cap and gown. Please see Mrs. O'Neill in the guidance office.

Tick Tock...Tick Tock....The yearbook has left the building and is being printed for our May 17th distribution date. Buy yours now and avoid the lines! The yearbook is only $45 until May 17th. On that day it is $50. Only cash will be accepted after May 1st. Name stamps are NOT available. Don't delay...buy today in room 206.

Congratulations to sophomores Chas Clinton and Halee Colclasure who read their poems, to be published in the Poetry Anthology - Navigating the Maze at the Illinois State museum last night. Good Job!!

Girl's Soccer practice has been cancelled for tonight. There will be a brief varsity girls soccer meeting immediately after school in Coach Kyes room.

Congratulations to your 2007-2008 Student Council executive board: President - Amanda Kozar, Vice President - Tia Larson, Secretary - Amelia Bursi, and Treasurer - Demetruis Inostroza.

Attention Spartan Power Team: We will begin setting up for the Power Meet immediately after school. We need everyone's help with this meet at the field house after school. Also, be here tomorrow morning no later than 7:45 a.m. for weigh in.
