Good morning Southeast Students and Staff, today is Thursday, December 21st.
Remember that successful Spartans ARE SELF-MANAGED, they arrive to class on time with the materials needed for class.
And now a moment of silence to start the day! (WAIT 10 seconds before moving on)
“Good morning, this is your Wellness Wakeup Call!”
In China and other parts of Southeast Asia, people eat rice from a bowl, along with colorful vegetables plus high protein foods such as tofu, made from soybeans. Even small children learn to eat with chopsticks.
“Enjoy your day, the healthy way!”
