May 9, 2019

Good morning Southeast Students and Staff, today is Thursday, May 9th. Remember that successful Spartans ARE APPROPRIATE, they use appropriate language and abide by the school dress code.

And now a moment of silence to start the day!  (WAIT 10 seconds before moving on)

Thank you

“Good morning, this is your Wellness Wakeup Call!”

We don’t pour grease down our kitchen sinks. Why?  Because we’d clog the drains and then not be able to use the sink. But when we fill up on greasy foods, we get sluggish, clog the pipes to our brain, and can’t think very well.

“Enjoy your day, the healthy way!”
