Good morning Southeast Students and Staff, today is Monday, May 20th.
Remember that successful Spartans ARE PRODUCTIVE, they participate in class, they complete work, and they submit work.
And now a moment of silence to start the day! (WAIT 10 seconds before moving on)
“Good morning, this is your Wellness Wakeup Call!”
If you would like something sweet after lunch, fruit is the best choice. Pack an apple, banana, grapes, or cut up melon, or other favorite fruit. A small box of raisins is also a wise choice.
“Enjoy your day, the healthy way!”
