Do you have a food processor at home? Use it to make different slices, dices, and shreds of vegetables to make them interesting. If you don’t have one, you can slice them yourself, or buy vegetables pre-cut in many different ways.

Hey Southeast Did you know that we are partnering with Project Mack and the other area High Schools to host the 2nd annual Trunk or Treat Event on Sunday October 27th? Did you know that last year we passed out candy to HUNDREDS of area children? Did you know that you could win prizes for best-decorated car? Did you know we are also collecting gently worn shoes to donate to local school children? We would like to challenge you to create a team and sign up outside room 218!!!! Help make this event another wonderful one for our community!
Spanish Club will meet tomorrow after school in Room 111.
Any boy’s and girl’s who are interested in wrestling, the coach will be in the commons on both lunch shifts tomorrow so you can sign up.
All girls interested in playing basketball, the next open gym will be Thursday October 17th from 3:30pm-4:30pm.
