The Springfield High School Foods classes are creating a Springfield High School cookbook as a fundraising project. If you are a graduate or employee of Springfield High School, or are a student of Springfield High School, please submit your favorite recipe for consideration for the cookbook. Please also include your year of graduation, position held, and other pertinent information you would like included in your byline. Recipes and information may be mailed to Diane Hays, Springfield High School, 101 S. Lewis, Springfield, IL 62704. Recipes may also be emailed to dbhays@springfield.k12.il.us. Please submit your recipe by May 18, 2011. Cookbooks should be available for purchase in September!
