B-DUBS wants to know if you can take the heat?!?!! They are bringing a Street Team to SHS After Prom to host Wings Eating Contests. There will be 5 different games with 8 contestants each. Along with the pride of being crowned champion, there will be PRIZES awarded to the winners for each game. Don't miss this chance to impress your date with your mad skills! The stage is set for the SHS production of “Thoroughly Modern Millie” on May 4th and 5th at 7:30 p.m. and May 6th at 2:00 p.m. in Schnirring Auditorium. Attention German and Spanish Club! If you would like to play paintball on Saturday, May 12, please sign up after school with your club sponsor, either Herr Koeppel or Senor Kniffin. Make sure you are bringing a non-refundable deposit of $10. Sign-ups are until Thursday, May 3. We can have only 20 participate per club, so hurry!
All SENIOR NHS members are to see Mrs. Hubbard or Ms. Elmore this week to fill out a college information form to be read at the Golden Laurel reception.
We are in the final month of high school with our seniors! For that special senior that you will miss so much, the Class of 2014 is offering a chance for you to "Kiss A Senior Goodbye" for only $1. You can write a personal note attached to a bag of chocolate kisses, which we will deliver to your special senior the next week. Show your senior friends the love and send lots of kisses goodbye! A table will be setup in the Commons during both lunch shifts next Monday-Friday. Don't forget to stop by!

Reminder to Football players Lift-A-Thon begins today immediately after school in the weight room. All fundraising money is due by Friday.
The Boys track and field team won their 4th straight city title last night. City champions for SHS were: Jim Moore in the pole vault, James Torgerson in the Shot put and Discus, Dalton Timm in the 100, Joe Gough in the 3200, David Sias in the 800, and Sam Cross in the 1600. Senior Dalton Timm also won the 400 in a new school record! The boys next will compete at the Bloomington Raider Relays Thursday.
The Girls Varsity Soccer team improved to 15-4-1 with a 3-2 victory over Jacksonville. Olivia Rosen and Julia Rosen scored in regulation. Olivia Rosen, Bri Hickman, Anika Webster, and Anna McHatton converted penalty kicks and Katie Stuva made 3 saves during the penalty kick overtime.
