Attention all 9th graders and any students new to District 186. Nurse Kim MUST have a physical and immunization record on file or you will NOT be allowed back to school starting October 15th. Also if you have any medications either prescription or over the counter Nurse Kim MUST have a medication form filled & signed by your physician...this includes inhalers!! FREE T-SHIRTS FOR BLOOD DONORS!! Staff & Students 16 or older can donate blood to the Central Illinois Community Blood Center on Tue., Sep. 25, from 8:30am-2:30pm. Students aged 16 must have a signed parental consent form. You must sign up during lunch, before school, or after school in the Guidance Office by 3:30 pm on Monday, Sep. 24. Teachers & Staff do not need to sign up, you can report to the auditorium at your convenience. Please donate. Mrs. Fisher, in the Main Office, is LIVING Proof that blood donations SAVE LIVES! In September 2010, she received 3 units of blood through two life-saving transfusions! Any questions-please see Mr. Williams.
