Good morning Springfield High! Today is Friday, January 4, 2019

Attention sophomores and juniors. The Capitol Area Career Center will be hosting their annual CACC presentation on January 10th during 2nd hour in the auditorium. The presentation is open to any interested sophomore and junior student. The presenter will also be available in the commons during both lunch shifts for Q&A. Remember, you must have good attendance and be on track for graduation to sign up for CACC.  Any questions, see Mrs. Lauer or Mr. Kyes in guidance!

If you are thinking about signing up for CACC next year, consider going to the CACC Open House on January 24th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  Meet teachers, tour the building and learn about the different programs available for juniors and seniors.  Remember, you must have good attendance and be on track for graduation to sign up for CACC.  The CACC building is located at 2201 Toronto Road, Springfield, IL.

Tutoring officially begins Monday, January 7th.  It will be available Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30-4:30 pm after school in the Room 160. Please make sure to sign-in and out upon arrival and when leaving.

Softball open gyms will begin this Sunday, January 6th from 1-2:30 PM in the gym. Questions, see Coach Koger.
