Mar 14, 2012 A new MacBook app is available that easily allows teachers to mirror their iPad on a projector screen. Reflections is great for sharing an iPad app, or having students share their work with for the entire class. Setup is easy. Open Reflections on the laptop. On the iPad, double-tap the home button on the iPad 2 and tap the Airplay icon. Select the MacBook from the list, select “mirror” and the iPad is displayed on the computer. READ MORE

Oct 10, 2011 The iPads at Enos, McClernand and Black Hawk have been instantly absorbed into the classroom experience. This week we’ve noticed that WhiteBoard is an instant success for students working on math problems in the classroom. WhiteBoard will also open a PDF and students can write directly on it. Try the place value chart from the iPad. Students can open this immediately in WhiteBoard. Math skills are being practiced with Times Tables and Bubbling Math. READ MORE
