What To Do With Damaged Devices?
If a District device has been damaged or is not working properly, please submit a request in the Tech Repair Log, found in your Intranet menu, and select the Add a Tech Repair Request link. You will need to complete the electronic form, being sure to enter the tag number which accompanies the device's bar code on the Dist. 186 property sticker.
Once the request has been submitted, a technician will address the issue as soon as possible.
In some instances, it is necessary for the District device to be serviced at our Technology Department. In these instances, please bring the device to 3031 Stanton St., 62703, and check in with Julie Pitchford upon your arrival. She will process the device for diagnosis and repair. Once the device is repaired and ready for release, you or your building will be notified.
