Capitol Community Health Center would like to help your child get ready for the 2012-2013 school year. On July 13th, July 14th, and August 4th the Capitol Community Heath Center will be providing physicals and dental exams. They are also giving away free backpacks and school supplies! Physicals are required for students entering kindergarten, 6th grade, and 9th grade. Dental exams are required for students entering kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 6th grade.
