Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive systems approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture and needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional, and academic success.
P.B.I.S. Big Event!
Dear Wanless Family,
The Wanless PBIS Team would like to announce that they received a Special Projects Grant from The Springfield Public Schools Foundation to help fund our Big Event that is held at the end of the year. As you know, students earn a ticket to the Big Event by earning all of the PBIS monthly rewards. Students earn each monthly reward by following Wanless behavior expectations and completing homework assignments.
The Springfield Public Schools Foundation is a community-based organization, serving Springfield District 186 public schools for twenty-eight years with the mission of creating a margin of excellence. They carry out their mission in partnership with Springfield School District 186 and the Springfield community.
