Shopping for Christmas with the Springfield Firemen!

Dec 19, 2012 Nine students from Wilcox Elementary were treated to a morning with the firemen from the Springfield Fire Department. Students got a personal tour of the downtown fire station. Each student rode on the fire truck to K-mart. Firemen took each child shopping for new clothes, shoes and toys.

New Shoes from the Telephone Pioneers

Dec 4, 2012 Thank you so much to the Telephone Pioneers for sponsoring eight of our students for their holiday shoe program again this year. Our students enjoyed picking out their own shoes and boots and then made thank you cards to express their appreciation!
