The following grading scale is used in my classroom for the 2011-2012 school year:
A=90-100
B=89-80
C=79-70
D=69-60
F=59 and below
Classroom Managment Plan and Expectations
Materials to bring to class each day:
pencils
pens
Materials kept in class:
science notebook,three ring binder with loose leaf and folder,science book for 4, 5 and 6 weights bring their books everyday :)
Classroom expectations:
respect yourself
respect others
respect property
use good manners at all times
Students are expected to keep a notebeook and folder which will contain:
notes,daily trivia,writing assignments,vocabulary,quizzes,tests,labs,in class work and homework.
BIST
*eating candy or food
*drinking any type of beverage
*forgot pen/pencil
*forgot daily supplies
*talking or blurting out
*tapping/drumming
*kicking chair or seat
*hummimg/singing/mumbling
*not following directions
*any other behavior that disrupts class
Homework Policy-
Homework is due on time.NO LATE HOMEWORK WILL BE ACCEPTED.Assignments may be turned in the following day for 50% credit.
Students have the amount of days gone to complete the assignment when they return.

3.Pencils

5.Looseleaf paper
6.Metric student rulers
7.Colored pencils/markers

1.Liter or 2 liter plastic bottles
2.Aluminum cans
3.Yarn (any colors)
4.Construction paper
