Enos students learned about the Eagle Expectations in different areas of the building the first week of school! They learned the 3 simple expectations throughout the building: Respect Yourself, Respect Others, Respect Your Building. Students were able to model the behaviors expected in different locations. We are off to a great start!
Strong Kids is the Social Emotional learning curriculum that I was so fortunate to receive this year thanks to a DONORSCHOOSE grant. It is a curriculum that address the Social Emotional Learning standards and teaches students how to identify and manage emotions, how to solve problems and communicate effectively with others, and how to make positive decisions. I am SO excited to start this program the week of 8/28/17! A special thanks to DONORSCHOOSE for making this possible!
Braided Behavior Systems of Supports
Enos will be supporting students behavior using PBIS, BIST, and Restorative Practices. We can no longer support a zero tolerance policy. We will teach students to be self-aware and responsible citizens. They will be held accountable for their actions using a restorative approach. Staff will assist them in mending relationships and learning more effective and appropriate behaviors to be successful in their lives.
