Parent/Teacher Conference

Feb 8, 2011 I want to invite everyone to parent/teacher conferences Monday, February 14 from 12-7pm. I will not be available from 5-6pm or so due to my own son's conference. If you wish to contact me in another way, please do not hesitate to either email or call me.

Jan 4, 2011 It is a new year, new semester and time for a new teacher. I really enjoyed meeting all the new students today. Please use this page as a resource. My lesson plans can be found on the left side of the page. Please contact me if you need anything.

7th Grade Civil War Projects

Dec 3, 2010 Due to a sick child, I was not at school today, Friday 12/3; therefore, I was unable to give the students the information regarding an upcoming assignment. The plan for the assignment should be turned in by Wednesday 12/8. The actual project is due Wednesday 12/15. I will provided the folders on Monday. The directions for the project are under Resources.

November News

Nov 8, 2010 8th Grade: Extra Credit: Write a one page paper over the 1908 Springfield Race Riots due Friday 11/12. 7th Grade: Constitution test and preamble saying 11/23. Preamble project due 11/12.

Grant News!

Oct 18, 2010 The first quarter grades are in. Students did a great job this quarter!! Hope you were able to attend the Halloween Dance this weekend. Mrs. Delong and crew did an amazing job. Please remember the parent/teacher conferences are coming up. I hope to see you either October 28 from 5-8pm or October 29 from 8am to 3pm.

Where do I find what I need?

Sep 20, 2010 My new webpage is finally up and working. It is set up a little differently than last year. Please look in resources for any websites we are using in class. What we are actually studying can be be found under lesson plans in each grade level. If the word is blue, it is a hyperlink to a worksheet. Please click to see it.
