AVID Activities:
7th Grade: Students participated in tutorial groups on Thursday. On Friday, we will be continuing team building activities. To conclude, students will answer higher level questions on our class blog.

8th Grade: Students are working diligently to finish up their history fair projects. The deadline has been extended until Monday to allow students to work over the weekend. However, projects must be turned in before students leave to go home on Monday.

Reminders & Homework:
• Grade report due by Friday.
• 8th Grade: History fair project due date extended to Monday.

Parents as Partners: If you are a parent of an eighth grader, please be sure to ask about his/her history fair project. Students should be working on these at home each night. Parents of seventh graders, please ask your child about the team building activities and how they were able to work as a team. In addition, ask them what skills they have taken from this experience that will benefit them in the future.
